Update: upcoming wholesaler price changes – what this means for you

Each April, water wholesalers review and update their prices. We’re sharing this information in advance so you’re aware of what’s coming and can plan ahead with confidence.

What’s changing?

Your wholesaler sets the price for the water and wastewater services at your premises. These prices are increasing, which means the fixed and unit costs will change.

Reassuringly, on average these increases are lower than last year.

Below is an indicative view of the likely changes by wholesaler. Final prices may vary slightly once confirmed, and individual circumstances may differ from these headline figures.

What’s not changing?

Our retail fee is not increasing.

The way Everflow earns its retail fee is fixed and not linked to how much water you use. This means:

  • We don’t benefit from higher consumption
  • We’re fully aligned with helping you reduce usage and manage costs
  • These increases are passed through from the wholesaler only

Do I need to do anything?

No — there’s nothing you need to do. This page is for information only.

How will this affect me?

We’ll contact you directly to explain how these changes apply to your account, based on your location and wholesaler, so you’ll have a clear and personalised view.

A final bit of reassurance

Wholesaler price reviews are a normal part of the water market and happen periodically across all regions. While price changes are never welcome, we believe in being open, proactive, and giving you plenty of notice.

As always, if you’re looking for ways to reduce water use or improve efficiency, we’re here to help.
