Summary
We visited Beaconside Sports & Fitness Centre to review where savings could be made on bills, energy and CO2. Whilst on site, our technician installed some retrofit products to immediately reduce water consumption on a selection of assets. These interventions delivered an instant and tangible impact on water usage. Additionally, we found scope for significant savings with further upgrades.

Recommended upgrades
Alongside the above ‘quick wins’, huge potential for saving was found with further upgrades. Inefficient flow rates were found on 20 showers and all taps on site, some taps were leaking and two urinals were found to be inefficient. With our proposed solutions, Beaconside could boost the above savings to 47% water reduction, 49% energy reduction and 49% carbon reduction accross the 47 assets upgraded.
