I have no internet connection

If you are experiencing Wi-fi issues, please follow the below instructions:

Restart your router by unplugging it from the power outlet. Wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and allow a few minutes for it to reconnect. If possible, move your computer closer to the router to enhance the signal.

Ensure that the wireless feature is enabled on your router. A green light will indicate that it is active.

Also, verify that your computer or device is connected to the wireless network and that wireless is enabled. If needed, restart your computer or device.

If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please contact us for assistance.

Check the power

To ensure your router is functioning correctly, follow these steps:

1. The power light should be a stable green. If it's not, please ensure you're using the power supply that came with the router, and that it's properly plugged in and switched on.

2. Check the broadband light, also known as the Sync light. It should be a constant green. If it's slowly blinking or completely off, this indicates the router is not detecting the broadband signal.

3. Once the router establishes Sync, it will send an authentication request. If successful, the internet light will turn green. This light will flicker as data is transmitted, indicating packets are being sent and received.

4. If both the broadband and internet lights are stable green, this means the broadband connection to the router is functioning correctly. At this point, please check your internal equipment, such as your PC, laptop or wireless devices, for any issues.

Reboot your equipment

Many connection problems can be easily fixed by restarting your router, which involves turning both your router and computer off and then back on. To do this, start by unplugging your router from the power outlet. Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and allow it to fully restart. If the issue persists, try rebooting both the router and your computer.
